The brown tree snake (Boiga irregularis) is just what its name suggests: brown, and with a light, slim body perfect for life in the trees of woodlands and rainforests. You will need to head into the wooded areas of Goondicum late at night to catch a glimpse of these silent hunters. If you do happen to see one, be mindful of if it starts to form loops with its body – a threatening display telling you to back off!
